Steroids aka anabolic steroids, aka anabolic-androgenic steroids, aka AAS, aka Juice, are a naturally produced hormone in the bodies of mammals, including humans. The use of anabolic steroids is very high risk. Natural training methods are best. This refers to heavy lifting with proper form, a clean diet conducive to energy, muscle recovery and growth, and sleep and rest to maximize recovery and muscle growth. We are all limited by our genetics as to how large and strong we can grow. However, with hard work, proper training, and persistence, any man can develop impressive musculature compared to their pre-training physique, or compared to other men in their age group who are untrained.
